Evaluation Journey Research

During the roadmap definition process, the product team requested more input so that we could carry out a more accurate prioritization process.

To do this, I conducted a survey with our active student base on our platform to map the main problems presented in our journey.

The first step of this research was an online questionnaire with an average of 700 students on the platform and an average of 600 students who use our legacy platform for comparison purposes.

After analyzing the data collected, we were able to evaluate the main problems indicated by the students
and mapped out action plans to be able to solve or reduce them. We also determined that our feature with the biggest problem was the Work Delivery feature. This was prioritized for action in the following quarter.

This research also allowed us to have a vision of new opportunities that were not mapped, such as the inclusion of extra exercises and the use of AI to provide more explanations about the correction process.

During the research, the main challenge was analyzing the large amount of data collected in the short period of time we had to define the roadmap.
